All Three One Plans to be cancelled from today

When I go to buy the SIM it asks for my Three mobile number, I enter it and then it just directs me to the phones :s

Don't want to start a new thread, but I took out the Vodafone 20GB & unlimited text and calls for £20 back on 19th February after reading about it in this thread. Although I've been a VF customer for years the deal was too good to miss.

I noticed on my current account last night that VF are billing me the undiscounted thread rather than the £20 price advertised. Calling them on 191 has resulted in them asking me to take 'proof' of the deal to one of their shops in order to progress this as they have no record of the offer. Also curious but this month I've had no advance email with details of my monthly bill on.

I'll go into one of their shops on Monday with a copy of my web order email but expecting this to be a fight, however just wondered if anyone else had any issues with this VF deal?

I had the same issue but noticed when I firt checked my vodafone. I just went on live chat and they sorted it, I had to send my confirmation email over to the reps manager but once they had seen it they applied a 50% discount to the ongoing contract and a £20 credit to the current bill. Easier than talking to the indian call centre or going to a shop.

I had the same issue, first month billed at full rate, a quick call and they credited me this month and half price for the rest of the term.

my £30 starts 05/05

presumably that means I have to cancel today ? presumably if I go 1 day into the 5th with my 30 days notice I'll pay a full month ?

if I request my PAC - can I still take an offer up with three in the 30 days cancellation period ?

I'd like to stay with Three but realise as with all these companies these days you have to play the game to get a half decent deal

Also got mine. Website still won't work for the £18 contract.

So what offers the most or unlimited gigs for around the same price! The hunt is on.

had to give my 30 days notice and request my PAC code as best I was offered on rolling monthly was 8gb, unlimited everything else £27 a month

4gb like above was £14 - but I've averaged way over 4gb a month

EE are doing 16gb (includes tethering) with unlimited everything else for £19.99 at the moment, you need to be telling three this over the phone when you negotiate, basically they need to beat this by offering unlimited minutes/texts and more than 16gb data for £20 or its PAC please :)

Having been on the sim only One Plan deal at £15 pm, i never go above 2GB data. I do use sometimes 600 minutes per month.

They are offering me 4GB data and unlimited minutes/texts for £13 pm, on a one month contract.

Not sure whether to take it or not. O2 offer the same for £19pm

I'm on the £12.90 unlimited 200 plan, got my letter the other day! They offered me the Unlimited Data/Text 200 minutes plan (basically what I'm on already) for £20/month... I'm okay with that! as it's still the 1 month rolling plan!! If summut better come up I can leave easily!! :)

The misses was offered this deal for £12pm on a 12 month contract today.

I tried to push for something like that - they didnt budge. i was using the webchat though. im movning soon hopefully so may take them up on that offer on monthly contract, just incase my signal is very bad where i am moving to.

If you want data and tethering, you have no choice but to stay.

Yeah they are saying the £33 tarrif with a £30 discount, but tbh I haven't gone over 200mins for ages so that's only £20 for ayce data with 30gb teather which is enough for me so i'll probably go to that
