the only acceptable alternatives to the ol' hump n dump (apart from the spiderman) are:

the absolute classic revenge tactic of cheating on him/her with his/her sister/mother/brother/dad/all of the aforementioned.

or

Tell his/her ex (or the guy/girl that he/she cheated on you with) that you found you have an STD (totally innocently, before you break up with him/her)

its a matter of honour, after all.

It's best to not even be gentle. Basically as soon as you're done throw her clothes out the room and say "Get the **** out". Guaranteed a good reaction :p

Sounds like she's taking the mick from what you have wrote. I wouldn't want my girlfriend ever staying over at her ex's or have the key to his home, likewise she wouldn't want me to do those things either.
 
My girlfriend would stab me if I stayed at my ex's, it's just something you don't do to be honest.

Judging by this you aren't even going to break it off with her, I hope your prepared to have her walk all over you for the remainder of the 'relationship'.

I sincerely hope you do, for your sake, do it :)
