People put a lot of their own time and effort in to giving advice in this sub forum and you've already been given a lot of it in a massive thread which you posted last year, you're now back asking all the same things so it doesn't surprise me that you're getting a frosty reception.
I would say im very tolerant but even i think your trolling with the Wing chun and sugar replies to serious posts.
You need to start again and actually state WHAT you want.
In all seriousness, you might want to start a log and say where you want to take things, put up some pics then people will actually have an idea of what you need to do to get to where you want to be
what do you want? 6 pack? then sort your diet out, you'll have a 6pack but still look like a skinny noob.
you want to look like a man? go and lift heavy, sign up for gym and eat loads.

If you show you're serious rather than just banging on about 1 10kg dumbbell and some bags of sugar you'll be surprised just how different and more helpful the people round here are.
If a single 10KG dumbell and a bag of sugar were effective then we would have gyms full of them and not olympic weights, powercages, benches and lifting platforms.

Errr... why are you posting pics of yourself half naked? Don't get me wrong - I'm sure I'd buy them for a dollar/whatever -but it's not strictly required. Some of us are just massively, massively vain/over-confident.
