It's a laser engraver, you can tell by the shoddy engraving as lasers are rubbish on glass. They didn't align the start point on the rotary tool correctly but if they are doing for £10 then it will literally be a chuck it in, run the laser and box it up jobby.

I don't think I'd be happy with it even if they'd done it correctly. It just looks poorly engraved.

My Brother in Law Pete is 60 soon and loves Guinness so we decided to get him a personalised beer glass.
He's also a massive fan of the boring band C*l*p*ay (sorry about that) so we decided on a saying we always use 'Pete's Perfect Pint' and a quote from a C*l*p*ay song and to be honest the two go together.
Anyway this came yesterday so if you suffer from OCD don't look at it.

Others may be thinking it only cost £10 so stop moaning.

At the end of the day if your not happy with it give them a ring and see what they say.

you paid for a service and its not what you expected.

If it was for me id probably just accept it but not as a gift for someone else.
