Hi Guys,
first of all, my english is really bad, but i hope you understand what i mean
then my exp on ryzen is not that bad. i have set up 3 ryzen 5 builds with different mb and ram brands (2x350 and 1x370 chipset) and 1 ryzen threadripper build with a asrock board. all of the systems running fine including 3 systems running on 3200mhz ram.
i think the ryzen plattform as it self is rock solid
now my problem:
Overview of the actual Situation
2 exactly similar builds:
-Ryzen 5 1600x
-Asrock AB350m Pro4 - i try to run 3.2 and all newer bios
-Kingston HyperX HX424C15FBK4/16 4-Kit (2 Piece per Build) -selected kit of the support list
-Coolermaster 550Watt PSU (try 2 different other PSU)
-128gb M2 SSD Drive (from the Support List, mountet in Socket 2 as it says in the Motherboard Manual)
-Graphiccards: HD6800 and HD5770 (swapped during tests, also try using gtx760ti and gtx titan)
-OS Win10pro
Build 1: after a few standart issues the system now runs fine and stable with rams on XMP1 @2400mhz and CPU @4000mhz and 1.25v
Build 2: system runs fine on auto configuration for a few days, then it begin to produce random blackscreens. screen says no signal and goes standby. all fans still running on system and gpu.
I then do a manual bios upgrade with the instant flash utility in bios. after that, system died. i try everything i know to fix, cmos reset jumper, batterie remove, ram swapping, gpu change, psu change, nothing helps. so i send the board back to asrock and ordered a new one.
with the new board, system starts up again, but from beginning i have the same blackscreens like with the other board. i have take the risk and upgrade bios again. this time, everything works fine. board now have newest bios (4.5) but the blackscreens are still there. i try different voltages (sometimes really high settings) for cpu, ram, soc nothing helps. i also try different memory clocks and cpu clocks nothing helps. sometimes the system even blackscreens in bios...
so, is there any other possible solution for this problem?
