The decisions have flipped and flopped all over the place in that case, it is virtually impossible to ascertain what might or might not have occurred.

Which I used the word "yes" you know the "yes" word with the affirmative definition. Still doesn't mean the US didn't leverage their position irrespective of a fair judgement though does it because the usual methods of their tiered judicial system have not been used in the manner which one would expect.

She probably wasn't, but the evidence isn't really sufficient for a conviction it seems.

The case against them was bogus from the outset...whether they were complicit or not with Kuede doesn't alter the fact that there was simply not the evidence to fairly convict either of them.

Besides, Knox is hot. She automatically innocent...doesn't anyone know anything!!!

My opinion also, I feel a jury wouldn't know what to think after the lengths of this whole saga and as a result of not knowing for sure have to conclude a not guilty verdict.

Actually according to typical Americans/American media the reasons she is innocent are -

1. She's American
2. She's a pretty American
3. She's a pretty American woman

The triple threat for the Internet age.

More seriously I've been watching her on TV and the odd interview - she's not a very good actor and I'm not sure why "innocent" people need to act.

i don't like her - she does seem fake - but i don't think she is guilty, the evidence was nonsense.

I feel that way about most Americans in certain situations.
The whole calling everyone Sir/madam and the patriotic, national anthem, every stands up, takes hats off etc.
Find those parts very fake and uncomfortable on Holliday.

Who cares if she can act...she's is hot. Hot people are innocent and don't have to actually have any skill at anything other than looking good.
