I didn't pay complete attention to what I was reading at the time, but sure I came across something that said XFX were going to continue producing AMD cards under the reference design but marketed as XFX cards. Not sure but might be worth looking in to.

I haven't heard this - would be nice as the reference cards appear very good - and quiet and low temps as well as being short!
 
Post the link in the MM, only those of us with over 1000 posts can see it for the first 20mins, then let the random rabble have at it after that?

Same here - loads more teaching hours, more savings as what else is there to spend it on etc.

I'm holding out for a 3080ti personally, but I'd love an AMD if it can compete - might buckle before then and go for a 6900xt.
 
Managed to snag one of the Sapphire returns that people on here rejected delivery of last week, ordered and on it's way soon :)

This is a good idea, but still punishes those who have been members for years but may not post much.
 
So last week I waited at 2pm and the 6800 XT never gave me the option to pre-order, so hoping tomorrow it will. Is there a set time? I have my credit card waiting to go. Then it's just a wait for the 5900X to come in stock and my upgrade is complete :)

To be honest other websites were the same. Though S**n(iirc) did give the option for the 6800 briefly. But Overclockers is where I will stick to as they're generally better CS
