I got a sapphire order. Any idea when we will know whether we are being cancelled, my order was 14:35. Tried to call in twice and on hold for over an hour, no one is picking up...
Oh they are picking up but they can't realistically handle 500 calls per hour.
In case you missed my earlier post. Any customers who placed their order too late will be contacted within the next few hours via email and we'll begin to process cancellations after that (since it will take a while to manually process so many). There is no need to contact us. You'll know for sure one way or another very soon.
