Damn you, OcUK. I want the Division 2 and I'd come to the conclusion that the one Vega 64 I'd consider is the Sapphire. I've now just got to convince my wife that I did this so that my son could get a graphics card upgrade, as a RX 580 is much better than his current card. No, of course I didn't do it so I could get a Vega 64. Wish me luck.
Godspeed my son.

I’ve never been AMD’s greatest fan but having seen recent benches and that ‘56’ price (plus games) it’s a no brainier and fantastic deal. It’s hard not hitting the buy button!

An approximate 50% improvement in some games, equal performance romance in others depending on resolution. https://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/2141?vs=2143

The 980ti AMP edition, so slightly higher clocked version, is 5.6 TFLOPS(https://www.overclock3d.net/news/gpu_displays/gtx_1080_vs_gtx_980ti_-_specifications_comparison/1). The Vega64 is 12.5-13.7 TFLOPS(https://hothardware.com/reviews/amd-radeon-rx-vega-official-specifications-and-pricing), depending on version - so double. FPS differs wildly on a per game basis, but I will correct myself and say the performance of the Vega64 is more than double the 980 ti. :)
