AMD Bulldozer Finally!

Maybe they are talking about that set of CPU's in that diagram thats also linked in that article, I dont think they are the launch CPU's at all so maybe they have got their wires crossed somewhere.
But maybe October is AMDs August with the problems they have knowing which month they are in too.

AMD's "refresh" of Bulldozer was due shortly after the original (8130p etc)
Oh well, they've still got 45 days to meet their own day by day set release.

Yeah just read the article that supposedly came from I think that's going to be the second wave of BD as theres no P chip in that lineup at all and they got the October date from that list supposedly, so nah not delayed till October, just someone who cant read the whole article trying to make a news article from it on Techconnect.
Plus they already showed off the 8130P tin at E3 so still think that numbers gonna be in the launch CPU's somewhere.

Presumably, yes.

There are one or two different lists of products floating around though. The one posted by pmc25 doesn't include the FX-8130P, which other product lists say is the top-end chip at launch.
The 8130P and the other models on the initial list won't launch as far as I'm aware, it's been replaced by the 8150 (see this list), presumably because of the new steppings and various changes to the chips they've made in the past couple of months.

However much I want it, I must wait untill the first real PCI-ex 3 mobo appear.

There is absolutly no point getting a new mobo without pcie3 support when it is literraly about 6 months if not sooner away.

Whether or not its needed is irrelevant. When the first PCIEx3 GPU are on the scene and you want one, tell me your happy with your pciex2 slots then!

Sure there is,I'm still using PCI-E 1 version board with my PCI-E2 card, they are backwards compatible you know...There is still plenty of bandwidth in PCI-E 2 boards especially with 990FX boards since you can run SLI/Crossfire at x16/X16 speed unlike Intel x8/x8 on their Z68 boards at the moment.

Fact is most users don't use all their bandwidth.

My strategy is simple: gonna buy good quality PCI 2.0 mobo for bulldozer and sell it when PCI 3.0 is out. Its should still have some value left.

If always waiting for better Id never get anything. Loose some to get some :)
