AMD freesync coming soon, no extra costs.... shocker

With these being quoted as £100-150 cheaper than the GSync monitors I'm actually looking forward to getting one for ~£350.

I'm tempted to get a normal 4K monitor now, but they're over £400 even without Gsync. £350 seems much better and with Freesync too! (I realise that that price it'll be Acer quality rather than Asus, but for ~£350...)

It's not a poke, I already stated I meant beta. Unlike some I am not willing to be a beta tester if something is sold to me as a feature.

It'll be the 980 series which in itself isn't entirely boring, only slightly. FreeSync is an adaption of a VESA variable refresh rate.
