Update should be resolved, I closed the app in system tray then relaunched and it popped up saying it was updating.

Handy tip No1.

If you're getting this message and you have a crossfire setup, here is the fix.

Exit the gaming evolved APP. Disable crossfire in CCC. Enable the app, check it's working, then re-enable crossfire.

Been playing around with this today, pretty neat and so far not noticed any performance hit, just need them to add microphone support with noise gate for DVR recording and it will be great.

Would also be nice to be able to record with it in games not supported by Raptr as i have a lot at the moment that i would like to record.

Could you not rejig CCC profiles to disable crossfire for raptr launching then it should re-enable when the game is launched as it would pick up that games profile?

Has anyone tried streaming to twitch with this app yet? A friend of mine has been trying but is having some issues. (He's using a R9 290 before anyone tells me the 7000 series aren't supported)

Confirmed this won't pick up on anything other then AMD cards, 'Sorry this feature is not available with your graphics card'.

Looks like it allows twitch streaming however.

That can't be right, AMD never lock Nvidia out.

This is a third party APP, nothing to do with AMD at all.

This is as a result of JapAMD joining Raptr, DVR Recording is part of what was supposed to be RadeonPro 2.0 and uses the AMD encoding SDK, its been in development for about a year now already.

This is why it will not run on Nvidia, at a later date i'm sure Raptr will add the Nvidia encoding SDK.

But you already have Shadow Play for that, do any Nvidia users actually need or even want this for their GPU's?

edit nah crashed it again, I have got as far as playing a game and trying to record, the icon showed but no record when it tried

Recording works great, i can't test streaming as i don't have to upload bandwidth, seems to work tho, until it errors with the bandwidth.

Sniper Elite V2 recorded with a strange colour pallette. Thief will not record even in DX11 mode. Watch Dogs will not record. Assassins Creed IV's camera goes bonkers with the DVR enabled even without recording. Saints Row IV records fine as does Borderlands 2.

For dynamic vsync keep using radeonpro for now. Am not even sure if John and the team have this planned.

Sniper Elite V2 recorded with a strange colour pallette. Thief will not record even in DX11 mode. Watch Dogs will not record. Assassins Creed IV's camera goes bonkers with the DVR enabled even without recording. Saints Row IV records fine as does Borderlands 2.

I found my sniper elite 2 recording to be very dark
