which means that 8% includes the 970 which some say is the best selling card of all time, but somehow people wonder why AMD is going for the two largest sections of the market first

We do know the gtx 1070 performs around the same level as a Titan x. So that's basically what Polaris and amd are going up against. Just hoping it won't be another fiasco ala Fiji.

1070 that would be the 490 comparable card, that card we believe AMD is not bringing out soon going off what AMD have said. Plus not sure anyone would call the 1070 low end and its going to be about £350 quid,

So what I'm getting here is the AMD 480x needs to beat / = the 1070 and come in on 380x money £200-250 or its a fail?

Think your back at "I" what the same speed but at half the cost, your projecting your dreams here not the reality we live in.

It doesn't have to beat the 1070. We know that will be at least £350 possibly more. 480x with Fury pro performance at £250 or less would be a hit.

It maybe horrible to you even maybe me, but its been going on for years and the only way to sort it is to vote with ya wallet, but that's not going on in the main as enough people feel that enough progress is made and the asking price is ok.

I agree fury pro speed for £250 would be good, others seem to think it needs to be more for that price

Over $300.just look at he the big jump in 2015, exactly as I was saying earlier. The 970 is the biggest contributer to that spike in sales.

Tbh If the 480 is released and there is nothing known about any rivalling nvidia cards I'd say quite possibly yes.

It's most likely AMD will launch Polaris earlier unless they have serious problems. The question is how much earlier. If the Polaris NDA ends June 29th, any guesses when hard are is aeound? Maybe AMD get a 1 month head starf, Nvidia leak some prices and benchmarks to curtail sales.
