well at the very least it should be better than 390 with 28 fps, conservative estimate of it being under 390x with 31fps (althought it could be more efficient), so 30fps seem to be a safe guess.
in a world where it's rainbow all over, polaris could be around 35fps, but i think it's better to always shoot for the minimum, to manage expectations.
beside 30fps at 4k on a game released couple weeks ago, for a 165£ card, thats really good...if it's true
