It's impossible to twist your honest 'Afraid so' after being asked 'killed the Titan', or anything you wrote in the posts, I wasn't in the discussion.
Give it a rest. It was extremely boring after the third or fourth time you started whinging about this. After the sixth it's becoming tedious and just coming across as personal and bitter. And to somebody who is now a member of the moderating team as well I just find it pathetic that you continue to bait him knowing that he can't / won't stoop to your level.
You can see from Greg's post explaining what happened that it didn't die due to being ragged - you don't even know from his post if he was overclocked while benching. But sure hang on to the fact that the loose conversation afterwards about the Titan being dead Greg very indirectly inferred that he killed his Titan. Do you not think that for an £800 GPU that if he had actually knowingly caused damage to it he would have not kept it quiet as to not potentially harm his warranty claim?
This is all tangential to the point that a DSR return and an RMA are completely different things so therefore had no relevance to the original discussion about Matt's DSR. But any old excuse to recycle the sad old anecdote under the guise of baiting huh?
Personally it doesn't bother me that much but it is morally wrong in my view but as Matt says it is his legal right irrespective of the morals . Would I do it myself? Probably depending on what mood I was in.
