Unknown, but i think +100mv is safe as long as you stick to +100mv or less on the core on air. Under water +200mv will be fine. Lighting 290X on air would be the exception to this rule i suspect.

He's talking about the Accelero. It will definitely be able to keep the core cool enough for +200mv, not sure about the vrms though.![]()
