I had just wondered if shipping date was included in that statement since it said orders placed before the 19th. The shipping date would be way past that but I'll assume that they'll be delivered next week then. Thanks

It is fair to say there is only like around 10 or so people on the forums out of the 200 back orders so I think you shall be fine.
Hmmm, now I know my PSU can actually hit 140% before OPP kicks in... I'm tempted by the Nitro. @Gibbo can you confirm it's the quietest of the bunch of 7900 XTX? (Yes, I'm a silence freak these days, so sue me)
I've not listened to any of the cards, so no idea but judging by its 4090 equalling size I'd hazard a guess that it is probably the best performing cooler and quietest cooler of them all, plus Sapphire have always delivered on build quality and it certainly looks and feels well constructed.
We have sold and shipped over 500 XTX so far, so it’s fair to say OcUK is no.1 in U.K. by miles for stock.
Sapphire will get us enough XTX to cover all back orders whether it’s an MBA or Pulse card.
£799 was request pre launch but denied and judging by the sales £899 is here to stay for a while.
Guess will be how 4070Ti impacts XT sales but if they are both priced same I’d be taking a 20G card every time over a 12G one personally.
Hey Gibbo, my order confirmed for a sapphire MBA approx 14:19 on release day, order hasn't changed from ordered yet. Safe to say I'll more than likely in the backlog for cards, looking towards the end of January unless sapphire can ship more MBAs before then?

If Sapphire cannot ship more MBA I shall be personally upgrading all customers to a Pulse XTX card from Sapphire at the cost of OcUK, so you get a FREE upgrade, only thing to consider is Pulse has 3x 8-Pin connectors instead of 2 as it has more power ability.

Powercolor are hoping to ship those in January.
No can do as they have the weather situation from last week and RM strikes means they don't have to offer any refund.

Yep DHL never came yesterday, as such your order was not allocated.
DHL are coming tomorrow to us to collect and I've changed your order to an Asrock 7900 XTX MBA, so identical card but in Asrock box, also 3yr warranty so slight bonus. Hope that is OK and apologies but our DHL collections are a bit hit and miss at moment due to how busy they are.
I've asked warehouse if they can prioritise but you are correct they are mental busy.
No problem. Now fingers crossed DHL get it to you in reasonable time.

Thank you, it is just very important to me, that if an issue arises that we deal with it in the best way possible, it is all well and good saying it should not happen, but things do go wrong or products can over sell, especially if you have 1000 people all trying to buy an item at the same time and you don't have that many and as a result website or customers browser cache does not update fast enough.
I feel we have gone above and beyond in handling this, way beyond what any competitor could even remotely come close too.
All forum members were informed within hours the same day, an email was sent to all customers within 24hrs with the status and update along with alternatives or a refund if they did not wish to wait.
Those happy to wait are now getting their cards, if we fail to get MBA cards for some of the Sapphire back orders then those customers can either take a FREE upgrade to the Pulse XTX card (due end of January ISH) or request a refund.
No sign of them yet, they might be here but warehouse is insanely busy.
Awaiting delivery still with us, warehouse are primed, just waiting for the stock to arrive.
Looking at Gibbos post, no XT models have been shipped at all
I am confused, we have shipped over 500 of those now and we still have them in stock and readily available.

Ah yes, we have received none of those yet, that product was never in stock at time of ordering and was listed on the website as pre-order. We are expecting Sapphire to start building those in January and we should get some then.
If you drop a webnote to CS they will refund the price drop back to your card, or request a full refund if you don't wish to wait.
