***** AMD RX 7900 SERIES AVAILABLE & IN STOCK TODAY FROM 2PM ****(BACK ORDER UPDATES WITHIN THIS THREAD)*

Due to the website traffic on launch day, my account log-in during purchase borked out and I ended up ordering as a guest. I sent a ticket to get this added to my account record, which apparently can't be done, so the question is... how can I check on the status of my order (was 21st on pre-order for Powercolour XTX at the time) to see if shipped.

We have enough stock to cover all back orders on Powercolor XTX MBA card, so you will get one.
 
Can I swap my

Powercolor Radeon RX 7900 XTX Red Devil 24GB GDDR6 PCI-Express Graphics Card

for one of the above?

Only possible if we have any stock left over, once all the orders have shipped will know if there is any spare or not, but that won't be until tomorrow.
Drop a webnote making the request if they can do so they will let you know / action tomorrow/Friday.
 
My Order history is still showing as "ordered" is there a delay on that or is that confirmation that it's not shipped today?

The stock is here - everyone is getting one. :)
But the warehouse won't start shipping them until end of today and tomorrow. Be patient please they have pushed them to the front to try and get as many shipped tonight as possible, but rest will be tomorrow.
 
Yep I'm asking if today is now off the table, sorry to bother I just need something for 25th kinda held on for xtx while it was still possible. If it's not being sent today I will have to cancel and pick something up in person as a short term tideover thing and look back at xtx next year sometime.

The warehouse ships goods out upto around 7pm.

As an update the warehouse did not manage to get any of the Powercolor 7900 XTX shipped, except for one, they simply arrived too late in the day unfortunately, the remaining and all back orders will ship tomorrow.
Apologies but it is why I put today/tomorrow as the warehouse were insanely busy.

As I've posted several times were at the mercy of couriers, UPS nearly failed to deliver today and had rescheduled for tomorrow but by some miracle they turned up mid afternoon.

So once again apologies but a pre Christmas delivery has at no point been guaranteed, we were able to get the cards to ourselves sooner than expected, the rest should ship tomorrow which I guess means there is a chance DPD *MIGHT* deliver the item before Christmas but is not guaranteed due the fact DPD are struggling.

You asked me to pay instantly..which I did with "promise " .."in stock" - which you promise!

And where we are 10 days late I've got email -sorry boss but we haven't got stock.. like there is no responsibility for what you promise?!?!

So I can open any business and promise whatever and worst case scenario is refund..really?? Where is reputations?

Where is respect for all people who wanted to deliver on launch review s ? Or even get something first ...now you just send email to spam that you oversold .. sad world we living now .. professional promise means nothing..sad ..

But guys you failed me as a customer and you did nothing to compensate that. SAD

First of all what compensation is due? Yourself and several hundred people all at the same time ordered a product where the demand exceeded supply. The product was limited supply and was not available anywhere worldwide.

Customers were all informed within 24hrs and a refund made available to those who requested it, but the option to wait was offered as I went and pushed AMD hard for more stock, which they have helped greatly with and many back orders have been fulfilled now, and more will continue to do so until they are all fulfilled.

Plus I’ve already stated if we can’t fulfill them a FREE upgrade will be given to a better design card but a refund for those unwilling to wait has and is always available.

We have and will further improve our website to prevent over selling but in all fairness I feel like I’ve gone above and beyond to keep customers informed and to help where I can both during work hours and out of work hours.

I feel I’ve done far more than any competitor would, the fact I’m replying to you past 11pm is proof of that.

If your so unhappy with us then I ask why have you not requested a refund considering you can do so anytime and it was offered.

Alternatively be patient as I will ensure all orders are fulfilled and that is a promise.

There will be no compensation though as you the customer has chosen to wait, no one is making you, the option for refund is available and always has been.

So you now decide to attack me ..person who decide to spen over 1k in your company 10 days ago in full trust you deliver as I ddidn't Know you can oversell something in internet shop as I Don't have one ..Great 1 Gibbo ! great customer service.. I am not you enemy I am your customer. Who pay 1k for graphics card ..and for me its a great amount of money as probably for many of us in this forum..

I’ve had delays of upto months for a car repair, a brand new one at that that cost huge money to me at the time, was I happy nope not ideally but I understand the reasons for the delay which was waiting on parts and no amounts of screaming or toys out the pram would have resulted in getting my car sooner. They explained the issue and it was out of their control. I could have rejected the car but I knew once the part arrived it would be fixed and so I made the decision to accept and wait for the car to be repaired.

I’m not attacking you I’m showing the actions of myself and OcUK, you have made the decision to wait, you had the information within 24hrs of launch and you made the decision of what you wish to do. You yourself admit you’ve been following this thread so your well informed.

You state we’re not professional and as a business we should not be a friendly association club but I’ll argue and say it is exactly that which sets OcUK apart from any competitor we go that extra mile and try to provide a level of personal service.

I know for a fact that the very huge competitor aka rain forest also over sold on some XT cards and there approach is very different they simply automatically cancel your order and issue a refund 24-48hr later.

At OcUK we don’t just use this faceless approach we use the forums for a very personal level of communication and email was sent offering options to customers, wait, alternate card or a refund, we like to provide options and not just do a blanket automatic cancel and refund, but maybe the latter is what we should do?

At no point did we promise a pre Christmas delivery and suggested most orders would be fulfilled in January and the refund option was and is always there.

Which card did you order and what is your order number please?

So you ordered a Sapphire 7900 XTX MBA card. As you know from this thread you know what is happening with those due to the updates in this thread which you have informed you are following.
I can confirm your position in the queue is 71.
I can confirm if we do not get more MBA cards you can get a FREE upgrade to a Sapphire pulse card.
I can also confirm you were emailed on 14th December at 16:49.22 with an update along with options of alternate cards, wait or a refund.

As such you were emailed, you've followed this thread, so you know your options, let me know what you wish to do?
1. Wait / get a FREE upgrade to Pulse XTX card, expect your card to be delivered by end of January.
2. Change to another card (as per the email sent)
3. Get a refund. (I can action immediately and will take your bank 1-5 days to process)

The email was sent to the email address you provided when ordering which is a gmail one.
Let me know what you wish to do please.

Did look at the Hellhound, XFX Merc etc. @Gibbo - How's stock levels on the XT models? Flush and safe to order a Sapphire MBA or Pulse? I know I ain't expected to get it till late next week.

Sapphire XT MBA is in stock so you’d get it sometime next week.
Other XT sold out or low stock best to buy Sapphire one as 100+ in stock.
 
Hiya, one for tomorrow, just checking I've put in the cancel through properly, I did it through "questions about your order" form from my order history page. Did this after the confirmation of no dispatch in the evening (after 7pm), so I'm guessing these just get actioned in the morning, but wanted to check here as I'm sure it will be busy tomorrow at the warehouse.

Your most likely in line for the upgrade.
5 more XTX MBA arrived today and shipped, we are expecting another 20.
After which we expect no more MBA, so the remaining will be upgraded to either other XTX MBA cards or Pulse XTX cards and expect delivery mid/end January.
