@Gibbo Said the wait for another MBA from Sapphire was only 1-2 weeks as another batch are due in.
I wanted the card for Christmas, it's the only time of the year when I can fully relax and play games I've been collecting an entire year on my Steam Library. As said, If I won't receive an update by tomorrow I will cancel the order and will buy most likely 4080. What annoys me is the fact that people who placed their order later than me got the dispatch notes already and I was left out in the limboland.
 
So why have you taken the money! Plus why accept and acknowledge an order 20 minutes later?
When were you actually planning to communicate this with me and refund my purchase?

Amazon have taken the money not us, I will check this tomorrow as I’m home now but if it’s same bug issue as last time Amazon will auto refund you in 24-48hrs.

The problem is Amazon take the money but never send us the order and when they realise they auto refund.

It might not be the case but an order starting with ST is not our order number that is amazons who then send the order to us in normal circumstances at which point is changes to an OC order reference.

I’ll check tomorrow but if Amazon has messed up again I’ll request Amazon is removed from the website as a payment option or at the very least for product launches as it’s obvious Amazon has some odd issue.

I’ll see if I can see ST code on our systems.
 
Amazon pulled my money out of my account within the last 20min or so. It will show in Amazon under Amazon Pay. If that payment is still in process you should be okay - Well to keep the order it might not be tomorrow though. Same boat here, I don't have a working GPU currently. Hopefully stock arrives soon
On Amazon pay it is still processing, and on OCUK the order shows canceled.

The 7900XT I just paid shows ordered on OCUK.

I dont know, really frustrated.

We have your order. :)

You have order Powercolor which in this thread is advised against as we only had 20 units, we got your order at 14:12:20 from Amazon at which point those 20 had sold out.
Powercolor are working on getting us more and hope to provide an ETA by end of this week.

All customers who failed to get a card will be emailed tomorrow with options to wait, refund or change to a different GPU.

I paid directly from my credit card and didn't use the pay through amazon option (I also had to complete a verification process with my card issuer), so really not sure what Amazon has to do with it at all?? Are you indicating that when anyone checks out as a guest, they are automatically pushed through Amazon even though they did not select to pay through Amazon?

@Gibbo Can you confirm that my custom 7900XTX is due to be shipped tonight?

If an order has not shipped, that is because your now in a pre-order queue, custom cards in the first post in this thread state stock is near to none existent and expect volume in late January for custom cards.
@Gibbo , I haven't received the DPD mail yet, can you check if my order has been shipped please?

Put a cancellation/refund in on the web note for the Saph 7900XTX, rather annoyed orders processed after mine were allocated and shipped… maybe it’s a sign to stick with Nvidia 3090 and go 4090
 
What I don't understand is most sites have a system that reserves stock in the basket but gives you a limited time to check out , had that been in place here many of us would have not ended up with unrealistic expectations

Hi there

Just to update:

XTX - If you placed an order today and it has not shipped, then you have missed out I am afraid to say.
We are working with suppliers to get ETAs for more stock which we should know in the next day or so.
Otherwise we can offer a refund or switch to a different GPU and be refunded or pay the difference.

XT Sapphire MBA is still in stock at £899 and remaining orders will ship tomorrow.

Yes we have your order, we got it at 15:23.55 and I know as I did it personally that all order buttons were pulled by 14:30 on the XTX, so I don't even know how you manage to order one to be quite frank but it is not your issue that you got an order in.
I am working on getting more stock in ASAP and updated will be posted in this thread when manufacturers inform me shipment plans. Alternatively you can request a refund or change to a different GPU with customer services team on forum or by phone/webnote.
