***** AMD RX 7900 SERIES AVAILABLE & IN STOCK TODAY FROM 2PM ****(BACK ORDER UPDATES WITHIN THIS THREAD)*

I think Gibbo is wanting a Sapphire Nitro as the next review.... We think this one will go balls deep on the oc side....
Absolutely. That cooler is epic. I had it in my basket but checkout was causing issues so couldn’t secure it. Got the Pulse instead as it has the 3x8 pin connectors but obviously not the epic cooler which will hold back the OC.

Hi, could someone please check my order for me ST5189171
I find it crazy that this keeps happening, I wish I had done what I originally planned and ordered both a Reference and an AIB card to ensure I actually got one...
Based on what's been said here I am assuming I won't be getting it, it makes this process incredibly frustrating as for a lot of people they will be without the GPU and money spent for a number of days...
If you can over order like this it might be worth putting a time limit on the listings for staff to check the product is actually still in stock.
Sorry to sound like total moaner but kicking myself I didn't press buy on another site.

To be honest you are right and on previous launches I’ve adviced people to only pay with debit/credit card, totally forgot that tip but at the same time I’m still in shock as to how we sold so many so quick.

No Covid, No mining, cost of living yet the sales were insane and I’m glad that the new website at least still allowed me to pull product otherwise we would have pre-sold thousands.

Apologies to those who missed out, I’ll be fighting like crazy for more stock and getting it into us as quick as we can.

Future launches, it seems best way is don’t use Amazon, PayPal or finance, use a debit / credit card and only buy one card.
The thing about Amazon pay is, its super super quick to add to cart then buy within a couple of steps. I got the 7900xtx today using it, I used it for the 5900x in 2020 and seem to work when the website was crashing. I think it is bad idea to remove it from future launches. maybe the issue is something on the customer's side...

Interested to see what those in the same boat who have missed out today are planning. Refund switch or hold ?

Personally I can't wait 4 weeks as I don't have a gpu at moment. But I'm torn to either refund and just go get a reference 4080 as it's actually 100 quid less than what I paid for the xtx or just bite the bullet and get the 4090.
I thought I had it in the bag I didn't have to think about it anymore but now I still have the money in theory I'm unsure what to do really as I want to replace my 1060. I see people saying 4090's going for £1600 but I can't see any. If the prices lower I'd get one for sure but getting a 4080 you're close to a 4090 anyway and my systems usually last me 6 years so I don't think about upgrades or anything. I'll be thinking about it over the week on what to do.

Edit: Pinching this from another thread it gave me a good laugh but I do feel I relate to this.

fleabay US is selling 7900xtx at $2099 omg. Some one paid $2025 for a $999 card. People have gone mad, why not just buy a RTX 4090
It's a weird dynamic in the US right now. You've got an impending recession and millions people struggling to make ends, but on the other side you have a continguent that either/or a) has free money dolled out and printed during the pandemic, and b) low general unemployment who are making very good salaries (or wealth created from the insane RE and equities market). Not to delve into it, but Americans are generally, on an average and mean sense, "richer" than Brits (even moreso than ever), so $2099 isn't as much as it seems here. There's also a much larger market, thus larger population with questionable judgment who will pay this price for what should be a $800 card. And then there's been relatively no impact to on-the-ground energy prices people are struggling with here in the UK/EU.

Lastly, 4080s have been completely out of stock in the US for months with most going >$2000 retail (and there's the novelty of a new card).

Hi all,

I'm new here. Just wanted to ask a question. I missed the intial wave of orders for the 7900 XT, but I placed an order the the Sapphire Nitro+ card. Does anyone know what the timeline is like for the next batch of cards? (I know I'm probably asking a premature question here..)

Morning. Been keeping up with the thread which has been really helpful so thanks OC!

Aware I won't be getting my card straight away but just wondered if I could get a better idea of where my order is in the queue? I saw 1-2 weeks for the sapphire cards, just wanting to confirm for peace of mind.

Ordered Sapphire Radeon RX 7900 XTX

Thanks for all the updates
