Can I say thanks to @Gibbo appreciate the openess with costs etc it's actually good to know how it works in the background.
It's a shame we couldn't hit 999 on the XTX really with some 4080s being 1150.
Either way I'll wait for some AIBs and the reviews of AIBs before I jump in.
