If they stop making MBA, we will for sure offer customers a solution with a custom card, we won't just cancel orders for those who truly want a card. :)

Of course that may not happen until late January / February, so a refund can be actioned at any time if anyone wishes a refund.
 
REFUNDS!
Just to make it clear as a customer you can request a refund at any point if you don't wish to wait or had a change of mind, simply drop us a webnote with your order number and the CS team will action that for you, which the bank will then process and action (takes 1-5 days depending on bank).

Remember this is always an option!

I am still working on sourcing the stock and am confident nearly all of you will have a card by end of January, some may slip into February due to events such as Chinese New Year etc. :)
 
I'm content with waiting now that performance seems to be a bit all over the place. I don't believe the rumours about hardware faults but I want to see what happens with reviews over the next month as it's all rather curious. Might be a blessing in disguise.

I didn't really want to know, since I'm sure I won't like the answer, but I also love queuing, so can I know my queue position for order number 6482340 please?
