IMO AMD blocked dlss as it has in most of their sponsored games. As for Bethesda, their last two games before starfield feature dlss and fsr, so looks dodgy that they drop it for their biggest release this year.

Good to see AMD confirming they blocked nowt.
Nothing said bar excuses about all the titles that don't have FSR, BG3 NV sponsored launches with FSR1 FFS, that's hilarious but no meltdowns, nobodys saying the game's garbage/looks garbage/not buying because they wouldn't use FSR2.1.
Every title going forward that doesn't launch with DLSS3 is now garbage, that's how spoilt some of my fellow NV users are getting.
We are getting fleeced rotten by NV for software premiums and lock outs but you can't afford/refuse to pay a fiver because of principles, embarrassing.

UE5 games ask where exactly do you *go* from a 4090 w/30-40fps?doesnt bother me, if you need dlss/fsr on a game to run it, then you best upgrade

I can hear the outrage from the 1080/1080ti owners about how Bethesda and AMD have denied them the right to use DLSS and are forcing them to use FSR. It is outrageous that a game has been released with an upscaling method included that they can actually use, OUTRAGEOUS!!
On the other hand, Nvidia leaking this story to a sycophantic media worked out really well to get the outrage out there!
The same media who proclaim to be on the consumers side, are quite willing to be played as useful fools by a $trillion corporation's PR department!

At the end of the day, nvidia does it, intel does it, amd also does it, it's nothing new. People need to wake up and realise that amd are not white knights.......
It really isn't an issue thanks to the modding scene so wouldn't worry from any side.
If only amd would focus on getting fsr 2 in more console games, it might actually become the defacto standard!
