AMD To Launch RV770 On June 18th

Not quite ;) .. firstly I wouldnt get that for the Ultra, secondly whatever I buy needs a water block .....

@ broken hope ... note post a few down after I looked a bit more thorougly ;)

Ouch, just checked £160-£180 and a BFG uLtra Oc with waterblock didn't sell for £200 :(

Those prices have dropped a lot since the last time I looked.

LOL. Going to install the hotfix and see if that that does anything now.

When I can be bothered putting in my 9800GTX and installing some decent drivers, ill do Bioshock, CoD4 & CoH. Oh and UT3 if I can get the benchmark to run right.

added HL2 Lost Coast results.

Hey Azza, do those akasa vortexxes you swear by fit on a 4850?

I'm thinking of picking two up when I get my 4850s.

I'm guessing you have one? Any pictures of it?

I think NVidia is finally in for butt whooping. It is good to see the underdog come up trumps again after so long in the wilderness. NVidia will be forced to lower GTX2x0 prices considerably to compete at the mid-high end.

edit: I wonder how cheap/competitive OcUK prices will be on Day 1? I remember the days when they were automatic choice for cheapest first day product releases............... Here's hoping.
