Something very wrong. Surprised the reviewer didn't pick up on it. Looks to me like a faulty PSU since I'm running an X1900XTX in my rig at the moment which uses over 300W on load about the same as the 4850s in XFIRE and I have a 580W PSU.

Qudos to ATi qudos!

This is possibly THE single best thing to happen to them in a long time! They are now DEFINATELY back in the game after around 2 years of seemingly confused wandering around the graphics world unable to keep up! I am genuinely relieved this product is achieving some results and at some price! This makes the world of high end performance more affordable and more attractive to the consumer! This in turn makes PC gaming more attractive and affordable to the masses to be enjoyed at the greatest standards! NVidia will need to up their game next time!

I can see some mega price wars come the next new releases never mind what will happen in the next few weeks

I just got a stop gap HD X2900PRO for £35 (as my 7800GT was BSODing and aritafcting due to memory). ill most likely sell the X2900PRO, but if it can xfire, then why not. X2900PRO in the 4x slot and 4850 in the 16x slot in my P5K-E
