Sure they are, I'm just talking about it being such a small change in the mid and low level part of the 400 to 500 range, I'd of hoped for better with it maturing.
If it is true it lines up with posts elsewhere looks like they will have to speed bin cores to get desired results.
Hugely disappointing if it is true as GF has been saying they are now upto parity with Samsung's version of the process - but foundries lying about stuff like that seems almost the norm - TSMC did it for a lot of 28-20nm.
Agreed, especially if AMD would have been in a position to claw back market share without this problem which is basically beyond their control.
