Thank you all. Many months of planning, buying, researching and ultimately waiting for the CPU has finally paid off I think
Temps wise, CPU seems to still idle around 38-40°C, but it idles at like 1.35v (even with all other monitoring apps closed), so I think there's an idle issue. I think load temps were approx 65-70°C on a short CBR20 run last night, that's all cores running 4.15GHz ish. I literally finished it about 11PM last night, so done zero tweaking to anything just yet. My GTX1080 though, under load it was previously 75°C, now sits at 38-41°C running a benchmark, I am amazed!
All mine says is Data Received.
I guess it depends if they can get drivers to work today. Some drivers in depots would be more willing than others.
I see Asus is supporting Gen 4 on X470 etc but the following chart doesnt make sense as it appears the higher boards get less support

Spoke to them and apparently they should be getting stock on monday.
That feature doesn't seem to be available in N.Ireland...Well I have never had it for me. They just started giving us the 1 hour window recently.

It is very strange indeed! Mini ITX motherboards tend to use more layers too IIRC and the signal distance is shorter too.
Same, bouncing between 40-50 whilst light usage such as browsing. PC needs to be left untouched for a bit for it to go down to ~35c. Same cooler.
Can confirm it arrived
before i overclocked and undervolted my idle voltage was 1.45v (auto) and temps were mid 40's at idle, soon as i ran anything demanding cpu would hit 90 degrees

nice one. guess it just depends on your location. guessing you're not in or near to any potential hotspots. i imagine there's no chance of deliveries in Belfast or Derry.
I'd check with the depot today - give them a call. i think only some dpd depots allow customer collection but i could be wrong.
