yea, it really is a strange oneI wonder why the y announced it as the one for the gamers. Hardly much between the 3700x and 3800x at all.

Looks like it's one for the gullible gamers more like...one for the gamers

Does that sit outside the case or in? Not sure it's worth £60 thoughI went a bit posh and got a Corsair Commander Pro thingy, have profiles on a per game basis Like now fans run at 800rpm for general use, Battlefield is set for 1200rpm as that pins both the GPU and CPU hard, and ofc sets the correct RGB to match
Now stood with my ear to my superflower turning it on and off. If I hear a click I’m blaming you sods!!!
Yep that £295 3700X looks like a great buy.
Don't blame you at all, it's a steal really.I've gone for that, seems a no brainer if 3900X stock could be a way off.
I don't see anything there that says I should be spending an extra £50 on the 3800x.

Still want the 3900X, got both on order.
If I go 3700X now I can go 3950X in September though!
Which reviewAhhhhhh that 3800x review has made my decision so much harder! I was hoping (maybe stupidly) that it would be the out and out gaming chip! Now I don't know between 3700x/3800x/3900x!

I can’t get to bios, pc won’t even switch on
My broadband consistently hits or exceeds its up to speed pretty much all the time although it does sometimes slow a bit, AMDs boost speedsI see, ta.
Its almost like broadband with its "upto" speeds.
