It's pure FUD spreading, nothing you should even be taking notice of.

If you are running a CPU and RAM at the same speed, with all the same sub-timings on two different boards there will be such a small difference it would be margin of error and could be related to BCLK at 0.1MHz higher etc. but if there is a measurable difference above 0.5% consistently then I'd suspect the O/S or software before I'd suspect the hardware.

Cool. Hope that's right! I'll be waiting for reviews in any case. Just getting impatient now!

That and him wanting to sell you a new mobo...

That's that greek letter shop right? Most likely a placeholder date or hasn’t been updated on their system.

Don't get stampeded into buying more mobo than you need on pre-release hype!

Vendors will try and herd you like cattle into the financial slaughterhouse when new tech arrives, these new boards are crazily priced, we all know it.

I was planning to upgrade my Crosshair VI, but I really see no reason to now. I have no use for PCIe 4.0 any time soon and it still has more than enough VRM to handle an overclocked 16-core. I'd probably only trust this board and the Taichi from that generation though. MSI and Gigabyte's X370 flagships were absolute trash.

No. Editor from Computerbase (that German site) posted on it. No preorders, even Lisa at the keynote didn’t mention it. Misinformation from Steve Burke @ GN. Hard launch Sunday.

I always thought that was the case and have basically spammed that opinion as fact for months

Apart from the unofficial random pre orders we may see.
