Annoying words that people use

One of mine is "ta", both used online and in person, for the first time yesterday I heard a friend utter this horrible substitution for thank you to me
Generally it's internet slang used in real life.

No it's not internet slang at all, in fact it pre-dates the internet by quite some time.. 'Ta' comes from the original Danish word for thanks, 'Tak'. Due to the way we British speak the 'K' was dropped and 'Ta' was used instead.

"do you know what i mean?" after every sentence.

really grates my teath

YES OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!

Sorry but thats honestly about 20% of the reason I broke up with my ex...

Some of my friends use the word 'bare' a lot. Personally i dont see the need for it! lol For example 'shes bare fit' or 'nah man i cant i got bare homework to do'. Its fine when you drunk but not a word one should use when sober :p

hello, hi , how are you

they are all up there as far as im concerned Most people are ***** and i'd rather be left alone,I want to talk to you I will speak to you.

Someone I know ends every sentence with an inflexed "so..." followed by an intake of breath. She's a teacher and I find her infuriating.

haha my mum does this all the time. really gets to my boyfriend.

SO WHAT!?

I hope she doesn't back it up with the other words from the song.

So true, I don't think the goat nor the old man would be too happy about their exploits being posted in t'internet. :D

lol at this thread.

My mates girlfriends boyfriend is from Larkhall and they say "foo" for full......bits for boots..........they "ken" everything and everything is kept in the "scullery" ..................................you know what a mean like? so...

people who start sentences with 'no'

'that was a good session last night, we were a real team but that guy was annoying'
'no, he really ****ed me off'
yeah, got on my nerves too'
'no, like, when he dropped it there i was like. grrrr'

ffs what is the point?

If someone keeps using a word in a discussion it will irritate me too.
