Another free DOD:S weekend

Semiskimmed · 7 Jul 2006 at 11:52

sounds good socadict. only thing is though, last time some clans locked their servers to stop the new players from joining and causing problems for the regular players, but if thats not the case then great, nice one

Don't think we have any plans to lock the server.

server IP is 195.242.237.126:27055

Efour · 8 Jul 2006 at 02:20

Heh. Got mine as part of HL2 silver back when HL2 originally came out. Best game combination for around £37 at the time.

Zeitgeist · 8 Jul 2006 at 10:03

I expected so much more from DOD:S, I got it with silver but I didn't enjoy it as much as the original DOD.

Well, no wonder it's free...it's rubbish. Small maps, limited routes, lots of camping...everything i hate. Won't be buying.

BassPunk · 8 Jul 2006 at 13:09

gonna try it

wasnt fond of the original's gameplay though, hope its better now

update:

game kicks ass, like the fronts created by the maps and had great fun on E-M-O server

are you comparing it to other games though? if so try to look past that if you can

scoopex · 8 Jul 2006 at 15:51

Of course i am! Just found it dull:

Spawn, race to position, get shot by campers, spawn...and repeat.

iMacMart · 8 Jul 2006 at 16:49

Just had a few rounds, its ok but I won't be buying it!

Bak to Bf2

Maniac618 · 8 Jul 2006 at 16:58

aha! thanks for this info, currently team killing those who have bought this game! mwahahahaha!

Siders77 · 8 Jul 2006 at 17:04

I hope that was a joke, it's people who do things like that who ruin the game and put people off of it.

Gezzard · 8 Jul 2006 at 17:17

Had a quick blast, not bad, the rocket launcher I like, dunno if it's one I'll be buying though.
