yep great CS, i had a wireless mouse from a 2nd hand bundle i got from MM which didn't hold charge for very long.

considering i didn't have a receipt, once i'd sent them photo proof i owned the items, they sent me a whole new mouse/keyboard bundle as opposed to just the mouse!

They really are. All of my logitech peripherals have been solid

There is no better. They even found some spare sticky feet for my wife's trackball and sent them free. So obscure, yet they do everything. Seriously, logitech if you made a left handed high end mouse I'd pay (almost) anything for it.

Yes Logitech certainly seem very good they even send feets out? Now I will keep that in mind for when my MX518 gets worn a bit

Logitech support seem to have a good sense of personality as well so maybe they did not like you from the start

Wanted to add my appreciation to Logitech's supreme customer support without making a new thread.

Mouse scroll started to go wrong on my 3 year old G9 laser mouse, contacted customer support and less then 24 hours later I have a brand new G9X in the post. I'm not sure there's better support then Logitech's anywhere. Awesome!

My USB receiver for a MX revolution mouse stopped being detected by the computer, I noticed Logitech charge ~£15 for new receivers online. Was told on these forums to just give them a call instead and a couple days later UPS man knocked on my door with a free new receiver

Indeed. most other companies would never have done even that much. I would be made up to have a 50% off offer when out of warrenty.

nice 1 op, if I was you I would open up the old shifter and try to repair it myself, so i would have one for the pc and the other for the console.
