Any Vegetarian Food Plans?

Depends how much fibre that sugar has along with starch and water.

4000 calories of sugar is still 4000 calories of sugar no matter how much fibre you eat.

And if you're only running 35 miles a week, you are not burning all those calories, meaning that you are definitely not consuming 4-5k calories a day, or if you somehow are, you've got something wrong with you.

2 heads of lettuce is only 106 calories.

4,000 calories of salad is: 27kg of salad - good luck with that.

4,000 calories of a banana is: 4.5kg of bananas - good luck with that too - no way on earth you can physically fit all that in.

4,000 calories of sugar is: over 1kg of sugar - again physically consuming that much is imporbably

Your body will not cope with that much sugar - you will kill yourself. Stop. Now.

Then how do you know? Just because you feel ok doesn't mean there isn't something going wrong and to eat 4000kcals of anything be that carbs/fat/protein while sitting on your arse and not gain weight points to something being seriously wrong considering how small you are, it would be slightly more believable if you were so fat you couldn't leave your house.

I judge by health by the results I've been able to get for myself. There is no need for me to see a Doctor. That last health practitioner I saw was when I got a sexual health check-up. When he was getting ready to take blood he asked me if I have a physical job because I had the healthiest veins he's seen.

My sister has been on this diet since she was a kid. She doesn't have a single friend leaner or fitter than her. She always comes first in running at school. The teachers even paid for her to go to costello track to train.

Here's the article. She doesn't even run outside school and she's still smashing it. She's 14 and regularly eats 16" pizzas and is leaner and fitter than her overweight friends who calorie restrict and get told off by their parents for eating more than 3 slices. That's because my sister doesn't eat pizzas loaded with cheese, meat and oil!

You want proof? Order a cheeseless vege pizza and then order a pepperoni and look at the bottom of the boxes to see which has the most grease.

I'm not just talking about straight up sugar, I'm talking about simple sugars and complex sugars.

As you can see, same amount of calories, very different ratios. So how come I have to consume my calories by burning them off when an obese person can burn off calories just by eating healthy and still sitting on their butts watching jerry springer?

I eat the lettuce for extra minerals and because I like the taste, not for calories. I don't eat 50 heads of lettuce a day. I don't mono eat everyday either but I can eat 4000 cals of bananas, that's easy! haha.

No thanks Jeff I'd rather just eat the box to be honest, if I'm ordering in pizza it's not because I'm feeling healthy.

It applies to all food you eat not just pizza, it's the oil that makes you fat.

So you don't eat any olive oil, avocados, seeds and nuts? how do you get omega 3s and 6s? You realise that EFAs are "Essential" right? i.e. you *need* them for health.

I don't eat olive oil no. I only eat whole foods. Oil is the most refined food you could eat, it's had everything stripped out of it! All the minerals, vitamins, everything except the fat.

I eat a very small amount of nuts, less than a handful if I'm really training hard. You realize that all fruits and vegetables contain all the fat you'll ever need and it's also in the correct proportions as protein and sugars? Fruit is as close to mothers milk as you can get for protein/fat/sugar ratios. It's the perfect human food.

Also all plant foods contain all amino acids too.

I would like to see you eat 44 bananas :)

Also, you really are delusional. I dare you to track every single thing you eat for a month using myfitness pal.

No. Eating surplus food to your BMR makes you fat, not just oil. Naturally if you put a cup of oil on all your meals it's going to put you in to a surplus. Are you really that daft?

Is it really?
Well have you ever seen a fat Eskimo when they stuck to their traditional diet of heavily fatty meats, or the Mediterranean diet which is full of fatty fish, olives and olive oil which is seen as one of the healthiest modern diets.

You're full of **** and it's not just down to the amount of bananas you supposedly eat.

vegetarian? bananas. all of the bananas :D

This.

Raw til 4 works brilliantly.

I've lost weight, feel great loads of energy.

eating mainly bananas, mangos, strawberry smoothies made at home.

I have high blood pressure and diverticular bowel disease and within 6 months my blood pressure is normal/high and I no longer need laxatives.

(From a lifetime of 'bad' low fibre diet).

I have one 'normal' cooked vegetarian meal a day.

I smash the fruit calories through the day, eat until i'm full.

Just shows how ignorant you are. Get some olives put them in a press and boom you've got oil. They don't have to be refined at all. You are so very wrong it's hilarious. I love your threads and comments it's like a standup comedy show! :D

Yes I have qualifications in nutrition and again you're so very wrong.

Fruit is as close to mothers milk as you can get for protein/fat/sugar ratios. It's the perfect human food.

There is just not enough protein in vegetables and fruits unless you start eating pulses like germinating sources of food like quinoa and beans and rice and lentils. Please tell me you eat those.

Also all plant foods contain all amino acids too.

Wow you got 1 right!!!

However you're focussing on carbs more than protein and fats which is wrong. You need a balance.

You can, I'll make a video haha. I used to track all my food, I used count out all my bananas, my dates. When I ate rice I'd count that out too to make sure I eat enough which was actually a lot more than I thought I needed.

But once you figure it out you don't have to keep doing that forever. Now I know roughly what I'm eating just like I know roughly how hard I'm working. Once you've seen the math, then you can feel it and do it pretty close, once you've become familiar with the numbers first and that's where numbers are beneficial. I know how many calories I'm getting from protein/fat/sugar in most fruits and all starches. It's like wearing a heart rate monitor, you don't have to wear it everyday. It does make a nice tool to use it every single time you train but once you've used it a while you know by your breathing what you heart rate is.

No I'm not daft, judge by my results, you're saying the same stuff all my fat overweight friends say, or the friends that have to calories restrict. It's not calories out/in it's fat in!

Is it really?

Yes I have heard the paleo people raving on about Eskimo's but I don't think they thrived, they just survived. Average life span of 35 highest heart disease on the planet.
