Anyone had the snip?

OP if you're going to have it done have a general anaesthetic.
.

Not sure I'd want the risks of general anaesthesia for a minor procedure like this.

I've had two eye operations under local and one under general and to be honest having a surgeon poke at my eye with a scalpel whilst I'm awake was better than going under...just.

When you say 'youngest', I assume you have several kids..so the snip didn't work out for you?

Youngest = most recently born :p

Tube ligation is a much bigger procedure than a vasectomy.

A cool shouldn't be able to be caught Unless it's not in properly.

Or if you have a massive **** ;)

My ex had a coil too, and in certain positions it was definitely touchable. (imagine a piece of wire being jabbed into the end of your ****) :(

Had mine done 6 years ago,had a weeks holiday booked (just in case),took pain killers before the op so they would be working when the local ran out, mine was fine and had a test later just to make sure i was firing blanks :)

Had it done a few years back. Left knacker - 5 minutes. Right knacker 40 minutes dues to a childhood injury complicating things. Slight bruising and sensitivity for a few days, so I used this as a good excuse to sit with my feet up at home.

Sounds savage, think I'm going to ask to be asleep lol I'm looking at a no scalpel one. I spoke to a clinic in Burnham and they said it's a puncture rather than an incision... that in itself sounds a little brutal!

Not looking forward to it, but I have 3 perfect Children and definitely don't want any more.

My wife had an hysterectomy which saved me going under the knife.

My mate had the snip and his nuts went as black as the 'ace of spades' for about a week.

Do people honestly get the snip just so they can have sex without a condom? Unless you have a partner who is 100% against abortion, I can't see any reason why you'd need to get the snip.
