Anyone just given up on looking for a new GPU?

Sign up to part alerts on telegram, discord, have your credit card added the nvidias UK partner and be logged in to the site, easy peasy or just fork out double the money for an extra 10 fps in some games :p :D Reason 3090s stay in stock longer ;)

I somehow don't feel triggered. But nice attempt! :p

Will be funny if everyone starts hawking over EV tariffs and finds loopholes to qualify just to get cheaper electric!

Just get yourself a couple of storage heaters they will have to send out engineer to do some work on the meter and i expect you will have to get an electrician to do some extra fusebox / cable work for the heaters so costs involved before you can switch to a new tariff and remember your day rate will be higher.

Today's laugh at AMD GPU prices in Italy:

RX6600: 583€
RX 6600 XT: 697€
RX 6700 XT: 950€
RX 6800: 1399€
RX 6800 XT: 1507€
RX 6900 XT: 1408€

The top of the line almost seems a bargain now...

The prices for the RTX 3060 and Ti have gone up similar amounts, other than the mythical FE drops every 6 weeks

Seen a part alert thing message me today for a 3060Ti at a popular cuisine site for £700 exactly. I mean that's more than the 3080FE and way slower.

Interesting that prices seem on AMD seem a little cheaper here at the moment (I’m in Australia now).

I can find 6800XTs for sale at just under £1k, 6700XTs starting at £650.

Weirdly, the cheapest 3080 I can find is The Aorus *external* at about £1150… Shame my MacBook Air can’t use it.

No FEs here unfortunately.

I literally had a 3060ti available for £369 the other day but considering it is basically the same as a 1080ti in performance you are better off trying to nab one of those mm.

£370-400 I can live with that I guess, but who in their right mind thinks £700 is ok? From the retailers perspective I guess it must be costing them £500 or more.
