Anyone just given up on looking for a new GPU?

He probably filtered like the rest of us by price, eliminating monster markups then realised there are plenty up there in that range! ;)
 
I still cannot believe 6700's are going for £800+. One competitor had a christmas special on the red devil for £840. :cry::(

Well maybe come 2023 they will head back down to those kind of levels price wise or whatever the replacement is. But prices are up across the board in all sectors and that is now the going rate, no one likes paying extra, myself particular but at least there are some more cards available now. At the start of the year I was paying around £40 for fence panels, now closer to double, pandemics, shortages, have this effect, prices go up, you either try to wait it out or if needs must you gotta pay unless you get lucky.

Any ho-ho-ho GPU discounts before 2022 now buddy or just what the site offers?

When my wages double in a year I'll start paying double the price for luxury items but till then I'm voting with my feet and enjoying buying imported luxury goods for other hobbies that strangely don't seem to have doubled despite the pandemic. I'll be waiting it out.
