Just arrived. Bloody huge

Opinions for all us who need to impatiently wait until Monday

I am sure I had only paid for Monday to Friday next day delivery so I had selected a business address. However I just received a text message saying the delivery driver will Dover today at 2pm. Now I need to wait in the cold there for an hour delivery slot today. But at least u get it today woop woop

Grrr my monitor is sitting in the depot 5minutes down the road from me. Apparently OC doesn't allow collection from the depot according to the DPD app

It'sss heeeeerrreeee...
Connected via Display Port, native res, 75Hz.
Windows scaled to 100%.
Looks sharp as hell compared to what I was used to (23" Samsung via DVI).
Screen quite glossy - but only saying this because is behind me, curtains open and reflection of window is strong.
Leads stick on the back horizontally - but dont go past the base.

Going to have a look at some games now..

It's quite nicely put together. Nex Machina and Divinity 2 at 1440p@75hz w/ FreeSync both look good, haven't tried an FPS but the previous video posted suggested 'Medium' was the overdrive sweetspot for CS:GO so I've set it at that.

Colours need a bit of tweaking as they look a bit washed out in places but otherwise its excellent.

Using this site: https://www.testufo.com/ghosting I get good results for lighter colours with some ghosting in the dark background test at the top on 'Medium'. Strong just overshoots and Weak/Off have clear ghosting across all tests.

I agree it seems to be only darks like browns and blacks.

Could you please tell me what your overall opinion on this monitor is. I am planning to buy this, but I am slightly afraid of the blacks. I am using and old Dell UltraSharp 2408WFP and believe that this AOC is going to be a great addition, but I am slightly concerned about the overall performance. I think I am used to ghosting as my current monitor definitely has a lot of ghosting and the input lag is quite big as well, but as long as the colour reproduction onthis AOC is ok, I think I'd get this.
