According to the AOC rep on Twitter they're having production issues and as Australasia is close (relatively) to Taiwan they're getting priority.

I know what happened... some joker in the factory replaced the 'O' and 'C' on their logo with 'SS' on ALL monitors bound for the UK.

This sounds like the monitor for me - or at least another competitor to the LG.

Not sure I'll get one at all now. I use my computer mostly during winter - By the time this is out, and likely by the time I've got one I'm happy with, we'll practically be in spring! Think I'll just for for the 27" instead.

I am not sure I can ditch nvidia 3d vision for this baby but it got me interested. Maybe as a second screen. Can someone with more knowledge with monitors explain to me the price difference between the:

Is being curved worth £400 more?

This monitor HAS to be Freesync capable if it's coming out next year, given the time it's launching, if it doesn't, it's a bit of a let down.
