Aorus Master / Extreme (3080+3090) Thread

Honestly I don't held Gigabyte responsible in this matter, they handled this very well in US, but for the rest of the world where orders were placed before the "official" launch of the cards it was a mess.
The promise of biggest retailer, great partnership and all this stuff made me trust OcUK.
After sales broke this trust, when I cancel my order I'll still be up to purchase a Gigabyte card, probrably not with OcUK (at least not a pre-order). Aorus Xtreme stole my heart even before specs were out

My only wish is that we had an event like US community.
True, I was pos 61 for 3080 Master but I canceled it, snaged one from famous online store in my country, Gigabyte handle well but the stock is still limited especially the extreme 3080 one. My car will be deliveried on Monday.

I've just cancelled my Master order (position 18). With my luck there will be a big shipment next week so hopefully you'll all get yours soon.

This whole situation is a joke, between this card and the Ryzen 5000 launch I have £2200 spent (as in money taken, and all paid for) with absolutely nothing to show for it. Sorry, but it's a total shambles.

Sorry to anyone thinking the 3090 Xtreme are shipping I've been number 1 since the day they was up for pre order and I'm still number 1 now
That's a bit of a worry. I'm 63 in the queue at the moment for a 3090 Xtreme and have been moving along very slowly since my order was placed on 23/09. My starting point was 73 on the 29/09. I'm now also waiting for a 5900X.

On 24th September 14:27 I ordered Aorus Xtreme 3090

on 2nd October OcUK sent me updated email about my Queue Position: N49
14/10/2020 queue position 46
23/10/2020 queue position 45
30/10/2020 queue position 43
06/11/2020 queue position 42

I'm being patient, but I'm wondering how long do I have to wait for my video card?

I know that I'm waiting till the end of november, if my card arrive, ok.
If not, I cancel, simple as that.
Every time a promise that stock will be higher and higher, but it seems less and less on Aorus, we had 1 3080 Xtreme sent so far, one, I repeat, one (01) I've seem more than that for sale on ebay.

1 card sent the biggest UK retailer. On the week of Oct 25 - Oct 31, we had a post on twitter from Aorus and Gibbo confirming shipments for that week. No shipments of Aorus Xtreme cards were sent.
This week Nov 1st - Nov 7th, we information of shipment arriving. No Xtreme cards were sent.

So, next week, Nov 8 - Nov 14, the amount should cover for these 2 weeks, as it was also said that for next week we should expect larger amount of GPUs.

So if we don't get at at least an amount of OK cards next week (8th - 14th) I doubt I will get any cards this month, so cancellation will be my solution.

Gibbo apparently is not providing info on Gigabyte cards and seems that the responsibility is on @GIGA-Man 's back now, based on one of his last posts on friday

So it seems. Hopefully they will clarify what has happened to this week missing shipment. On a side note, seems that competitors have experienced the same delay.

I too would also like to understand what's going on with the Aorus Xtreme 3090, I ordered later on;
14th of October - > 87th
23rd of October - > 81st
30th of October - > 78th
6th of November - > 76th

If what's posted here is correct then all this movement is simply cancellations, which asks the question, why have the highest payers been left out in the wild in terms of card delivery's and on top of that transparency of well.. The card phiscally existing in the uk, since it seems like the card only exists at aorus unboxing hq

I'm position 10 for an xtreme 3080 was position 13 originally when i ordered on the 17th September @ 14.26pm.

I'm considering the 6900xt for near enough same money and if i have to wait might aswell wait for that being better performance.

Yes annoyed about the 3090 extreme one site had them supposedly in stock by 6th November a very well known site and now doesn't list them at all but if you go back to the original link it now states "Sorry, this product is no longer available to purchase." and removed from their list of 3090s and the 3080s have no due date and I bet when they do have one and don't arrive the same will happen they will be removed from their 3080 list.

This site doesn't do preorders and only sells whats in stock and available. So saying a lot about the Aorus models, but there seems to be the gaming and eagle models about but have zero interest in them, seems like many suppliers are trying to shift their cheap models while they are costing more than their expensive models ....

Yeha, they're definitely released, one example is https://www.facebook.com/groups/AORUS/permalink/2806208832988425 on the official "AORUS Gaming Community" Facebook group
