Aorus Master / Extreme (3080+3090) Thread

No, nobody wants to say anything about 3080 Xtreme, as they are trying to cover up. 3 cards arrived, only one left.
another shipment sent last week, none was sent out. Who is getting those cards?
@Gibbo does not want to explain and it is dodging every question about it.
@GIGA-Man does not work for OcUK so not sure how he can help as he may not disclose client details like size of the order, but a staff from OcUK is allowed, he just doesn't want. why? cause something strange is going on in wonderland.
But Giga will probably confirm what we already know, that OcUK received those cards and more than 3 by this time. (talking about 3080 xtreme)
 
Great, as if we didn't have enough headaches already over this, now let's bring unethical/unprofessional practices to the mix. OcUK + Gigabyte, that is a huge combo for me

And where did that staff member confirm that all 3 cards were allocated for pre-orders?

Pre-builts and pre-orders are different stocks, different orders, different departments.

it has never, ever been specified these were pre-order specific cards could have been 1 for preorder, 2 for pre-builts.
Also Staff could have been able to pre-order before the general release, and might not have been given an order number so weren't added to the general queue.
there is no conspiracy, they have not been re-selling cards that come in, they have enough money from all of our orders sitting in an account gaining interest to not need to do this

while the lack of communication from OCUK has fuelled part of the fire, but being hostile to other people in the same situation as you is just ******.

It is people getting angry and riled up that is making OCUK/Gigabyte not want to comment, because if things don't go exactly to the letter of each message, people will kick off even more.


Just sit, be patient or cancel?

You know what, I'll agree, no point arguing with someone.

The lack of communication is the reason we're all peeped off. We all want our card. I'm going to self edit my comments, because they don't actually serve a purpose to this thread.

As for the prebuilds, the only one that is dedicated to the xtreme is:

However it's preorder. So doesn't really make sense. None the less, I really don't care anymore. Prebuild, staff, whatever. I think I and the most of us, want clear communication on the forums.

This is precisely the point I have been trying to get across, thank you.

I'm not saying it's not okay to be angry or that OcUK shouldn't have communicated more but, as we saw in the previews thread, one guy started to vent and then everybody went off and the thread got closed. That is not helpful either.
