Also i was meaning to ask whats the Aorus Backpack like? is it any good? i have the ROG one at moment and im not liking the straps on it just wondered if anyone has one that can give me a quick review? I carry laptop around a lot so..

We spoke with the service centre last night, and your upgraded unit was receiving some updates after the install of new parts. It should be shipped from them today, and with you tomorrow.

Just received my replacement laptop and speeds are up at 75mb on wireless!!! nice one thanks again for the help and quick turn around of the laptop !
 
Hi guys, quick question. The new aorus x3 plus v5, will it have the same glossy mouse pad? Also, what is the maximum capacity for RAM (16GB or 32GB) and is it going to be DDR4 because the description is a bit confusing? Looking forward to hearing from you.

This is a great bundle, with AORUS mouse and Rucksack (combined value in excess of £150) and only 3 units left....

If you place order today, we will contact OcUK to confirm, but you should be able to receive it tomorrow.

Once placed, post your order number and we will follow up with despatch department at OCUK.

Fantastic cheers, need to check if the missus will be home tomorrow (she's supposed to be working from home but she may not want to bring it back down to London tomorrow night) and if not see if I can get delivery to my hotel.

The mouse and carry case were what was convinced me to pick that one.

Hi Matsamplokos,

The track-pad on the newest V5 model is slightly refined from the previous generation and carries part of the AORUS logo on it, as pictured below. The surface is smooth and glossy.

With regards to the ram,, we have checked the spec listed with OcUK and it appears to be correct - but please let us know where the confusion is.

The ram is DDR4

Max Capacity would be 2 x 16GB (32GB total)

The product will be supplied with 2 x 8GB (16GB total)
