Aorus Owner's Lounge

The couriers (Royal Mail) stated that the insurance would not be valid on an undervalued item. Hence I had a choice - send a $3k laptop internationally uninsured or state the value.
Well it's arrived and now won't be released until the paperwork has been filled in.

The problem is none of this helps me as I can't do anything now.

Courier tracking information shows the goods are due to arrive @ OcUK today so your unit should be shipped today.

When you say in post above about your email, do you mean about the different despatch locations depending on day?
If yes, this must be arranged with OcUK, not us, as they obviously sell and despatch the product. We will speak with Bailey today and assume that if it was leaving today on a next day service, you want it to your home adress....

I'm still waiting to know if the accessories will be shipped together or different day, the reason I'm askin is cause I have to make sure I'll be at home otherwise I'll have to give you a different address. Mentioned in previous email, or post, that the additional items will be despatched seperately, from us, not OcUK. These should be sorted sometime next week and yes we are aware of the despatch citeria/requests.

so i have not received it yet!!! i have been here all day yesterday waiting for the **** dpd to arrive, nobody came.
today they sent me a message, after not responding to my email yesterday saying that the parcel was gonna be delivered between 10.17 and 11.17, i am here, and i have received an email "sorry we missed you"!?!?!?! WTF!!!!!!!!!!! i was here!!! nobody ring the bell! I go online and i see that the IDIOTS went to the wrong building!!!!!! how can you make a mistake like that!??!?! HOWWWWWWWWWWWW HHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! **************************** ***************** ****************** ******************** ***************** how?!?!?! please explain how you fu*** dpd idiot can you make a mistake like that?>!?!?! there is an address and a number and you cannot get it wrong!!!!!!! fu*** lazy *******! so now I will have to take another day off tomorrow to go and pick it up! i dont want the laptop anymore....... fu***! idiots dpd are a group of idiots!

I went again online, and I also noticed that yesterday it was showing as rescheduled delivery and I DID NOT DO IT!!!!!! what is wrong with them?>?? what **** is wrong?

Ok, collected just now... By the look of it it's the old box.... No external bigger box as it was when I've received it the first time, the box looks full of dents... Really hope the internal is safe, also guys, what did you do? Did you send me the same laptop? I really hope this is just the same box..... Could you kindly answer? Thanks in advance

Hi Xrkc6x,

The unit is brand new replacement as we said it would be.

The box condition was perfect when it was shipped from OcUK as we saw this ourselves. But irrespective of that please confirm that the laptop is 100% when you get it home.
