I always watch the keynote to see what's new. I have a note 5 at the moment, mbp and ipad. Heavily invested in the apple eco system and I do miss having a iphone. Problem is there is nothing wrong with my note 5, I just miss some of the apps I used to have on the iPhone and the Alternatives on android don't cut it. Plus I liked the seamless transition of notes and other apps syncing across all the devices.

Not sure what to do tbh been offered a iphone 6s plus 128gb for decent money may just take it.

Well, I would have been looking forward to this had I not just decided to keep my 6+ for another year on a sim only deal. was paying 52 quid a month after a 20% discount, which I'm no longer entitled to, so swapping to sim only has given me the same 20gb data and unlimited texts and calls for 30 quid less a month.

Currently have a 6 Plus so i'll be getting the 7 plus upgrade this time and I've also been eagerly awaiting the Watch 2 as I was avoiding the first generation hoping for a big improvement in the second.

Can still get £300 selling my current iPhone so that will help fund it

MacBook Air with detachable tablet-like screen please. Or it'll be a Surface Book for me eventually.

Buy the Surface now tbh.

I'd bet my house on them not releasing a detachable MacBook air in the next 3 years. Especially when they have the MacBook and iPad Pro lines.

Yeah sounds right. Just wishful thinking on my part I think! Surface Books are amazing anyway so hardly a bad move.

Yeah, if thats what you are after just get one now. I don't know if apple will ever give you a detachable screen mac but it won't be for a very long time.

They just won't do it, its not going to happen. There iPad pro is their big tablet, but that keyboard is just

Apple is all about the consumer and Surface style devices are just not that popular with consumers.

We have thousands of them at work and when we rolled them out people's jaw's were dropping but i doubt any of them will buy one for home, especially after I told them how much they cost.

I have been using one at home for a long time after my iPad started showing its age and they are excellent but I just do not see Apple going there.

I seriously doubt there will be any Mac launches here either. I'm doubtful there will even be an updated watch here and thats semi related.

The pure rage will be incredible if they don't announce a new Macbook Pro at this one.

I'm definitely interested in a new rMBP, not so much interested in a new phone my 6 is still going strong.

I'm more interested to see what happens with the watch than the phone this time. Built in GPS is probably too much to ask for but some additional sensors might be nice.

I think built in GPS is one of the things that people are expecting. No cellular this time around but GPS seems likely.

The rumours that seem to be doing the rounds that a well as GPS the Watch will have a barometer for altitude tracking, stronger water resistance, a larger-capacity battery and a faster processor.

I'd have gotten Apple Watch V1 if it had GPS, but I ended up going with a Garmin Forerunner 235 as I do a lot of running.

GPS would be a fantastic addition but it's heavily battery intensive so not looking forward to the reviews unless they've improved the battery :p

If it has GPS and the battery is as good as it currently is (ie I easily get a day), then I'll be very happy. I never wear a watch to bed so putting it on charge each night is no different to what I'd do with my mechanical watches anyway. All I do now is drop the watch on the charger at night.

The ability to make a WatchOS that can run third party apps would be good enough for me!
WatchOS2 does allow third party apps to run on the watch without it needing to be connected to the phone. It was only the original release which required apps to run on an iPhone and project out to the watch.

But the problem is they take so long to load I usually give up and never bother. Only Soundhound is fast enough for me to not get my phone out. If they make them fast enough to use, then I'll finally accept you can run third party apps on the Watch. :)
