People always talk about that too. I think people are generally more annoyed that Samsung can't come up with some better designs. They can, but they don't very often.

Just look at the Omnia 7 for an example.

Yeah Omnia 7 shows that they can do, was expecting the SGS II to be something more like that since everyone hated the plastic feel :S bemused to the reason they didnt.

Just updated to KI3 (2.3.5), it now has blue overscroll glow instead of going past and bouncing back at the end of menus, so I guess that's that patent violation sorted .

I never recognise the iOS App logo, it's too generic for me. The safari one was more obvious

Im also one of the 1% who didnt know what it was , to be honest it looks more like a game controller in a circle on a blue background to me.

I'm in the 1%, I only know the Safari symbol from using OSX at a previous job.

guess you got to be a fan to know it. even my family who are users of apple products don't recognise it.

Just so you can see it better. Anyone that has used an iPhone, iPod touch or iPad for more than a few seconds would instantly recognise that unless they have some sort of memory loss problem.

At least I'd expect so anyway. The same would apply for the Android Market symbol under the same circumstances.
