Or maybe because they are the only company that have been creating ads that "bash" the iphone products and owners of the mobile and therefore is why most people assumed it was them behind this "drama" as well.......
Samsung have always been a huge brand regardless of their mobiles.

How exactly have apple managed to patent that? Surely it was possible on pre-apple devices?
