Arc Raiders

"Am I a bitch?"

Yes. Yes, you are. Like every cheater.
That post of it will do wonders for his twitch subscriber numbers though, I've seen other twitch streamers using cheats in Call of Duty, who have then had clips of them cheating posted about and their subscriber numbers have shot up as a result of it. That guy has 271,000 followers on twitch currently, I bet by the end of this month thats shot up due to this one video clip

I don't doubt it.

And as much as I hate it, the visibility he has from those mods looks amazing.
As long as it isn't stamped out, I can definitely see people following along and copying.

If embark doesn't do something then people are going to be doing this just to stay competitive. Because if everyone else is doing it, then you're at such a huge disadvantage otherwise.

I'm going to stick to pve for the foreseeable future.

Or move on to something else.
I've seen several instances where people have seen me or others seemingly before we're in range, and deleted us in what feels like a literal second with laser beams lately.
Add that to the numerous bugs and annoyances, and as fun as the game is, it's all becoming too much to overlook.
The bugs were already starting to grate.

It's these exact reasons and more why I don't understand why anyone would log on to Arc Raiders specifically to PvP.

It it comes up as part of the game , sure, but to go on intentionally, why lol.

There are a ton of better games out there for that. The PVP in Arc is barely skill based at all past basic point and click and positioning. It's mostly down to attrition.

You go on to Arc to PvP and then complain about lag, and hit reg etc etc, it's like logging on to farming simulator to do tractor drag racing lol.

You’d think anyone publicly broadcasting the fact they are cheating would be an insta ban from any of the mainstream streaming sites. Says a lot about society when it’s applauded and encouraged rather than the weasels being treated with the contempt they deserve.

You'd think so, but he brings in a tidy bit of money to Twitch each month from his channel, so Twitch hardly cares, I mean lets face it there are hundreds of channels where women sit in bikinis in hot-tubs or "play" games with super low cut tops on and conveniently placed camera angles, or spend hours licking ear shaped microphones in sexually suggestive ways, yet the streaming sites do nothing about it because of the revenue they bring in from the vast number of simping, lonely, male gamers out there.

Finally upgraded all my workshop bits...

...just need to find 4 more mushrooms to level up my Chicken.

Finding the larger Arc a lot less daunting and starting to venture out with more exotic kit, now I've got the means to replace it easily, if/when I lose it...

Did have a bit of fun with some Lure Grenades & Snitch drivers on Blue Gate - spotted a couple of bar stewards extract-camping, so I threw some grief their way. V. entertaining.

While I agree cheating is crappy behaviour, it's hardly an illegal activity, even if it is clearly against the ToS of a game.
It gets engagement and that is all social media and streaming sites care about unfortunately, so most behaviour, unless it is approcahing something illegal, is going to be tolerated.

On the dead tree at the end of the trench. Always 3 spawn there. I did naked runs to get them and managed almost every time

I never made any claim about the legality of it. That said, something doesn’t have to be illegal to be deemed unacceptable and actionable. Clearly we (society in general) don’t find cheating in games unacceptable enough that something gets done about the sad sacks publicly boasting about their antics. And that as I said, says a lot about modern society.

Pretty much the same this week I've completed the weapons table to level three so I'm not afraid to lose my second hand guns as much ;)

Just blue print hunting now :)

Where is the best place to get the items to level up your benches?

Currently jumping on and doing the quests and just looting along the way.

I've got some benches to level 2 but this has taken awhile to do

That'll be the nerf update incoming, set for Tuesday 13th I imagine.

Trigger nades and kettle getting an overhaul.

Yep, my favourite pvp weapon, the Stitcher, is getting a nerf too. Probably about time tbh, its been super strong in pvp for a while

Yes stitcher is too powerful.

Stitcher IV with extended mag 2 is basically the best PvP weapon in the game outside certain scenarios.

You could argue at point blank the shotguns, or at medium to close Venator maybe.....but then same for the Kettle.

But basically the stitcher is better all round which is wrong considering how cheap it is, even at level 4.

Also I reckon whatever patch they did today might have increased the blueprint spawn rate again, I just went in on Dam (regular) found 3 blueprints in random places within 9 minutes.
