No idea if I got in the current allocation or not, but I basically had the thing sitting on my checkout for like 30 mins cause of that grey filter with OCUK logo preventing me from clicking pay, until I blocked it and clicked pay.

I'm pretty sure they never had those cards up on sale at all.

They did. I know people who ordered from them fine. But they had pathetic small stocks like 10 of each or something.

I've being posting updates all morning. You just need to look in the other threads.

We are still collating information and setting up a process so customers can easily cancel if they wish to do so as the wait is going to be quite long.
Something more official will be posted later but in short demand is vastly beyond any prediction and supply not enough and were now working with each board partner to try and get shipping schedule and quantities going into October, November and December which we are still waiting on.

The information was requested at 5am UK time, we are still awaiting feedback from some and there has been many phone calls this morning but in short nobody really had the answer this morning as I guess the only people who truly know output is the factories which the local representatives and board partners do not have right now going into October.

To make matters worse it is Golden Week in Asia 4th-9th October which will cause further delays on production.

End of the day not enough was made and more than anticipated wanted them.. IF You could sell 100 cards for £800 in the same time frame selling them for £649 then why not? Just the way it is..

so........ looks like i aint getting anything for a while, oh well atleast i know. just spoke to a guy on the phone ordered the msi 3080 gaming trio, at 2.36 no eta on further stock ..........they old got 5 of them in today the guy said..........looks like a propper **** show this one

I think you'd be okay with the 3090 as that card is really only for serious gamers or enthusiasts, whereas the 3080 is marketed as the main graphics card...

Yeah I'm pretty annoyed. Sold my RX 5700 XT a couple of weeks back before the prices went down and now I'm stuck with an expensive metal box in my room that doesn't do anything...

well if your order at 2:36 didn't make it to first wave then I don't have a chance.
Considering the site was barely running that time it's curious that so many people managed to get in before that.
 
I was tempted to order an FE but glad a review came in while I was looking at the FE site to compare to partners. Could see the prices changing on the site as I refreshed so thought sod this I'm going to review all GPUs in the next few days and see what I want. Maybe even wait for AMD now.

Only downside is I'm stuck playing Rimworld and a few indie games on an 1050 Ti for the next month probably :(

@Gibbo, you should make use of a pinned topic and have it updated continuously with timestamps for each update. It doesn't matter if it's not fully fleshed out - it can be filled out gradually as info comes in. Then people will know where to look. At this point, what is "official" or does anyone care if it's "official"?
