Yes with a 3 1/2 year old daughter too ... hence why I don't speak on TS (well plus the fact that we're moving house and the mic's in a box somewhere)

Yea there is a tick box option to show on the G15 who is speaking in vent.

Asked earlier "What colour is the sky?" and I replied "Gray" and it says it is wrong! Obviously not designed for british weather

Although I don't get nagged for playing, while I'm playing Arma 2 my other half is playing CS or some random tetris type game, or watching some crap on TV.

It does, entirely changes the game for the better, you'll never go back once you get used to it

In L33's infantry video he managed to minimize the map to the bottom right of his screen, how do you do that?

I've played this over at my mate's house, it's brilliant. It's a little buggy but I love realistic shooters with the sandbox approach. I think I will buy this so I can join you guys online

Couple of places in the UK do it, including on a popular auction site, for around £130. Im currently looking for one in London if anyone knows a shop. Still using my trackir 3 which works fine, but I fancy getting the 5. Probably wont make a difference but its time to upgrade... because i must!

Mate, last night we tried pvp for the first time on the server, it was realistic shooter heaven. defo worth the price.

Its the GPS, so you have to have it in your gear. Then right ctrl + m.

ill sort a vent server out tonight (unless someone has a 20+ server) for a test when I get back and post details. We need the latest version. We can give it a go and see which we prefer.

i've just looked at vent hosting options and have posted up the costs on the dedicated forum
