im keeping an eye on that. the original is a great piece of work, only to be let down by the max of 32 players per side imo

Is it me or does anyone else have serious problems with the blur and bloom and general look of the game? It's bloody horrendous! Seems to run a bit like porridge... nothing like the old Flashpoint
Here's some pics to try and explain what I mean;
I'm just not enjoying the game due to the shoddy graphics.. I've seem videos on Youtube and they all most have crisp graphics... Can anyone PLEASE help?
I've tried turning off Post Processing et al and nothing I've tried the Kegetys Blur and Boom mod for ARMA2 but that doesnt seem to be working despite coming up int he addons menu in-game.

OA is what is needed now I think and having both means you got all the maps. I think OA might have helped fps a bit, I played it only a bit but seems better then a2 was
I'll take some pics now and of my settings screen, see how it goes. rainforest download at 10 dollar still cheapest Ive seen

I think they are top notch compared to most games, its not a flight sim so its pretty good considering.
It seems pretty unrealistic as to how heavy it is.

Turn post processing effects off?

Rudders are supposed to be unresponsive when you're going fast. That part is acually realistic.
To turn down the blur, lower the post processing effects. I usually have it on the lowest setting (but not disabled).
I really do think it's a shame there is so little pvp in this game, cannot wait for the project reality mod to come out, I enjoy the game in co op enough, but I just think it would be so much better in a pvp set up (done well)

I get no blur. Just need to turn off that head bob now, also irritating
Yep, think Ive read the same. Very little influence at speed at least in a chopper, there is no handbrake turn

depends on the missions though. their are some great pvp misisons around but PR will be such a huge addition to this game.
the problem with pvp is it is generally massivly imballanced on the bluefor side. People love to use the ACE2 mod because of some of its nice features but ACE2 is a co-op mod that makes bluefor equipment way over powered (abrams vs t90a for example) and so nobody wants to play opfor. PR will hopefully ballance this perfectly and allow for some awesome but fair PvP and ACE2 can be kept for co-op
