***ArmA 3 Thread***

I highly advise you not to use the PWS download for this. The Google Drive one works 100%. I'm trying to work out a few things with PWS but it's bloody awful.
 
Hey Melbo, how did it go last night?

Sorry I couldn't join you lot, relatives appeared and I was on for a quick test with the new AFM.

Are we still on for tonight around 8ish, if so fancy posting what TS we are using!

Not too bad actually considering we had hardly anyone turn up! Found a few issues that should be fixed and also made a version using vanilla assets so people don't have to cry about using mods!

Do you want me to make a video on how to install mods?

Cannot play myself till September but would love to Join.
 
Only just got the fixes + vanilla version finished so no go tonight unfortunately. Anyone available to give it a go tomorrow evening? Will be standard arma no no downloads required.
 
Google drive download still keeps failing. Just finished grabbing things from PWS but according to you server my bisign files are bad/wrong for some if not all of them :(

I already had A3MP from armaholic and the MH47 from steam workshop beforehand if that helps

PWS is just terrible full stop. That and Clafghan not coming with any .bisigns throws a spanner in the works too. Not sure what is going on with you and Google Drive, thingemajib. Had a few people download it just fine and I tested it again a few days ago. Very odd!

I've decided to just keep it vanilla for now until all the bugs are gone and it all works nicely. Once there and there's players for it I can get the mods back on :)
 
I'm 99.9% sure its my side thats the problem there, ill have to see if i can get a friend to download it for me or something. In the meantime vanillas better than nothing :)

Also, never actually thought to check the mods came with bisign/bikeys...
 
Just to throw it in there, mine failed at downloading from Google Drive. Got to about 350MB and just gave up. Didn't drop connection so don't know what happened!
 
Sorry Melbo, missed out on the second test on Sunday (was distracted by Banished and forgot :().

Playing with the mods was fine (downloaded the pack twice via Google Drive without issues).
